All new customers can pay with a credit card or pre-pay. Credit terms are available upon Dalent Medical processing a credit application and accompanying credit report. To apply please email us at sales@dalentmedical.com Prices do not include any applicable Federal, State or other taxes and will be subject to the invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied. Prices are subject to change at Dalent Medical’s discretion without notice


FOB, Little Rock, AR USA. Freight is prepaid and added to invoice. All orders are shipped standard ground using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is available upon request with all associated cost assumed by the customer. Date of shipment is based on best estimates using contracted shipping partners and commercially reasonable efforts to ship on schedule. Dalent Medical will provide partial shipments of individual units, partial cases, full cases and master cases. Dalent Medical shall not be liable for damage or loss due to any delay in delivering. Claims for goods damaged in shipment are to be made with the delivery carrier. Please do not accept damaged shipments unless noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery. Dalent Medical shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery occasioned in whole or in part by strikes, lockouts, fire, inability to obtain materials or shipping space, wars, civil commotion, destruction of plants, delay of carriers, any government act or regulation or any other cause beyond our control.


All merchandise shall be covered by Dalent Medical standard limited warranty applicable to that product. Warranty is voided for any products beyond manufacturer expiration date. Dalent Medical specifically disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


Specifications, designs, prices and availability are subject to change. Dalent Medical reserves the right to discontinue merchandise or to change specifications without notice or obligation.


If you encounter a problem or complaint, please: 1) obtain all relevant facts, including name of user, address, phone number, merchandise product number, lot, date of occurrence and detailed description or nature of the problem; and 2) report information immediately to Dalent Medical Customer Service at support@dalentmedical.com or 888-432-5368. Every effort will be made to address and resolve problems in a manner consistent with our goal of providing you with excellent service and quality products.


Notice: No merchandise will be returned without the prior authorization of Dalent Medical. To request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) please contact Customer Service at support@dalentmedical.com with the following information on the merchandise to be returned: 1) the original invoice number or purchase order number; 2) the reason for return; 3) the product item number; 4) the quantity and 5) the lot number. Once Dalent Medical issues you an RMA form you may return the product. Please display the RMA number prominently on the box and include it on all paperwork. All authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid.

If a return is for your convenience and not due to an error of Dalent Medical, you will be charged a restocking fee based on the number of days elapsed since invoice date.

Customer will not be charged freight on Returns that are the result of Dalent Medical error, defective or damaged products. In ALL other situations the customer will be responsible for prepaying freight. Freight charges will be deducted from the credit amount.


Dalent Medical retains the right to change any of these terms or conditions without notice.
